Australian Survey - How is Technology impacting FM?

The Facilities Management industry is continuing to adopt technology to accelerate automation, ease compliance monitoring and increase efficiencies. As organisations embrace mobile technology and require constant innovation to improve service delivery, facilities operations are being transformed beyond recognition.

Leading Australian independent industry magazine, Facility Management Magazine, in collaboration with international FM software provider Service Works Global, are conducting the latest FM Software Survey for the Australian FM marketplace, which aims to provide accurate insight into how technology is impacting the profession and highlight emerging trends.

The survey has been designed to address current technology trends and challenges for Facilities Managers, including FM self-service, mobile and tablet computing and software integration.

The report will be published by Service Works Global in early 2017 and will also provide a comparison of results from a similar survey recently undertaken in the UK. All participants will receive a copy of the report once published and will be entered into a draw for a chance to win $1,000 shopping vouchers for a store of their choice.
