Supporting Best-Practice Service Delivery at BNP Paribas

Leading property services provider, BNP Paribas Real Estate, has selected Service Works Group as its Facilities Management technology partner.  Owned by BNP Paribas, the global banking and financial services organisation, BNP Paribas Real Estate is one of Europe’s leading providers of integrated commercial real estate services. Service Works’ flagship software application, QFM, will be used to aide the delivery of hard and soft FM services across the investment portfolio managed within the Property Management business unit.

Tony Angel, National Director of Facilities Management for BNP Paribas Real Estate comments,

“We are intent on becoming, and remaining, the market leader in property management and FM is a major part of that offer.

“As we continue to enhance the service that we provide to our clients, we made the conscious decision to review the market in search of a solution that could support us in proactively managing service delivery, statutory and regulatory compliance, supplier performance and a host of other issues. We also needed a system that was fully web-architected to ensure that our mobile and remote workforce, together with clients and occupiers, would have access to live data when and where they needed it, utilising simple web browser technology.”

BNP Paribas Real Estate will be using the web-based version of QFM to control maintenance activity, manage contractors and monitor service level agreements. QFM also offers in-built functionality which will allow BNP Paribas Real Estate to track contractor certifications and accreditations. The flexibility of QFM Web will ensure that BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Facilities Managers have a real-time, holistic view of all FM activity within their designated building or region.
