Villa Maria Catholic Homes (VMCH<\/a>) is a for-purpose organisation providing aged care and support to communities across Victoria, Australia for over 100 years. Managing more than 125 owned, leased and managed properties, VMCH selected QFM CMMS <\/a>software from Service Works Global after determining that its incumbent work management system could no longer support an organisation of its size and complexity. Safeguarding a vulnerable population meant software security was high on the list of VMCH\u2019s requirements, as was a CMMS that could help it fulfil a strong asset management strategy – ensuring resident safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving financial sustainability through long-term planning. VMCH also integrated QFM with their contractor management software to ensure only approved contractors that meet its compliance requirements are permitted on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality and auditability are further supported by QFM\u2019s Dynamic Forms<\/a>, providing fully custom checklists via the QFM mobile app. They ensure that room inspections are completed thoroughly, with anything needing attention raised as a work order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve implemented this recently and it\u2019s working really well. It provides visibility that the checks have been completed, by whom, and allows us to report on that when required. We\u2019re also able to see which rooms have been inspected within a given time period so we can ensure every room meets our standards,\u201d says Susan Raffo, General Manager \u2013 Property Asset Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
