Junior Web Developer

Candidates must have excellent research and problem solving skills, and strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, diligent and goal driven self-starter, who has a keen interest in new and cutting-edge web technologies and their application to product development. Combined with a passion for development and a desire to write clean code, candidates must be able to work under minimal supervision.

Candidates will possess:

  • 6 months+ development experience preferably in ASP.NET
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, accessibility
  • A good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and common design patterns
  • UX, UI skills
  • Reporting applications
  • Understanding of full SDLC
  • Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile projects
  • Systems analysis

 

 

Support Executive

The appropriate candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills, a good understanding of client support / call progression with the ability to track, manage, trouble-shoot and resolve software problems to resolution.  It is important to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Australia-based role outlines:

Business Development Manager – Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

Experienced Business Development Manager required to generate revenue from new business sales (with an existing significant pipeline already in place) combined with some proactive account management of an established client base.

This role requires a motivated individual who is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record in new business sales, as well as up-selling and cross-selling into existing client accounts. The appropriate candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills, with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities. Candidates must be articulate, have good presentation experience and a sound understanding of applying solutions to business issues.

Candidates will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience (either IT software sales or property / facilities management)
  • A proven track record in both new business sales and account management with a consultative approach

 

 

Senior Project Manager – Sydney

Experienced Technical Project Manager required to manage the scoping, planning and delivery of multiple software related projects on a day-to-day basis.

The appropriate candidate will ensure projects produce the outcomes defined in the Business Consultancy brief within budgetary constraints, whilst proactively managing and controlling risks, developing contingency plans where necessary and ensuring risks are understood and their potential impact managed.

The Project Manager will prepare and manage project documentation and agree plans with the Project Team to ensure project plans are realistic and progress can satisfactorily be monitored, reporting the progress of project performance against an agreed set of measures on a regular basis to all relevant stakeholders.

Candidates will need:

  • Knowledge and experience of planning and managing complex software projects
  • Extensive experience in process mapping / process analysis and gathering skills
  • Good written and verbal business communication skills
  • Knowledge of facilities management (or similar discipline) preferable but not essential
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities and experience in major projects
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to deal with conflicting demands, in order to deliver multiple projects, prioritise a heavy workload and fulfil the job requirements
  • Sound commercial awareness and experience
  • To be an excellent communicator with strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • To be professional, highly organized, motivated and responsive to clients
  • Project management certification is preferable but not essential
