The FM team was using an Access-style database but required new CAFM software to better manage the volume of work around the large site. QFM has helped Dean Close School work more effectively by allocating work to engineers by location to avoid frequent cross-campus travel; fully customisable forms and checklists on the QFM app helped improve standards and saved on paper; and compliance and reporting were also improved due to better data capture and management.
