Service Works Group (SWG) has been named as a top innovator by independent research and consultancy firm, Verdantix, in its new report “Smart Innovators:  Integrated Workplace Management Systems”.

Following the growth of this area and the scope for technological innovation, Verdantix believes that IWMS software is becoming a significant factor in the progression of the facility management industry. SWG and its IWMS platform, QFM, were selected for the report both due to QFM’s ability to meet the needs of the three main user groups (building owners, building occupiers and service providers) as well as the company’s investment in developing innovative features to meet the challenges the industry faces.

Service Works’ CEO, Gary Watkins, comments on the speed of change within the FM industry: “The recent influx of technology into facilities management delivers huge potential for growth and efficiency. In an industry where both time and service are critical, our IWMS software simplifies and improves processes throughout the whole organisation, giving FMs the edge and performance they need in a demanding and competitive environment.”

QFM IWMS software is a fully flexible FM solution providing property, space, assets and resource management. QFM also fully integrates with other systems such as BMS, booking systems, finance or IoT applications to provide insight and control for organisations.
