{"id":6761,"date":"2025-03-31T14:24:26","date_gmt":"2025-03-31T13:24:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.swgnew.com\/na\/?post_type=case-study&#038;p=6761"},"modified":"2025-04-02T13:22:50","modified_gmt":"2025-04-02T12:22:50","slug":"higab-postgatan-16","status":"publish","type":"case-study","link":"https:\/\/www.swg.com\/na\/case-studies\/higab-postgatan-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Higab, Postgatan 16"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>3D visualisation of office space gives Higab the opportunity to create a clear and attractive picture of what they can offer future tenants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Higab, a property agent owned by the City of Gothenburg, chose Service Works Global (SWG) to visualise part of a historic building at Postgatan 16 in central Gothenburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Built in 1902, the house is an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.higab.se\/ledigalokaler\/postgatan-16\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">innovative project for Higab<\/a>. The top three floors have been converted to modern offices, but the visualisation showcases an alternative design to inspire potential clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cBy visualising the office premises, we can create a clear and attractive picture of what we offer future tenants and describe what does not yet exist. Stakeholders can make a digital tour of the premises themselves and get inspiration on how the premises can be designed. This saves time and money for both us and our customers,\u201d says Maritha Enstr\u00f6m, Quality and Digitization Manager at Higab.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The project included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swg.com\/types\/bim-visualisation\/\">Premium visualisation<\/a>&nbsp;of office premises based on BIM (building information modelling).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interior furniture proposal in continental style in burgundy, green and yellow by an interior designer with a good understanding of how to highlight the architecture in the best way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3D floor plan that gives an overview of how the premises are arranged.&nbsp;A good complement to the 3D visualisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishing 3D visualisations so that they are easily accessible via the web and QR codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Higab, which is 100 percent owned by the City of Gothenburg through G\u00f6teborgs Stadshus AB, will contribute to the city\u2019s development, nurturing and culturally developing historically valuable buildings.&nbsp;Postgatan 16 contains 900 sqm of office space over three floors, with a kitchen and dining room.&nbsp;Floors 2 and 3 are 320 sqm each and floor 4 is a converted attic of 260 sqm.&nbsp;On the ground floor of the house there will be a restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a tour of Postgatan
