Despite a challenging year for so many, Service Works Global (SWG) has again achieved ISO certification for exceptional information security (ISO 27001) and quality management (ISO 9001).<\/p>\n

Recognised worldwide, ISO 27001 is the gold standard certificate in IT security. Organisations awarded with it meet essential criteria in the key areas of data confidentiality and integrity, and availability of systems and data.<\/p>\n

The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.<\/p>\n

SWG was audited in August 2021 by the British Assessment Bureau<\/a>, a UKAS accredited organisation. UKAS is considered to be the \u2018gold standard\u2019 in the certification of ISO standards, and is the sole Government-appointed body. Many Government-related and larger organisations insist upon UKAS accreditation for their suppliers and SWG is pleased to be able to demonstrate this.<\/p>\n
