Service Works Group becomes Service Works Global

Service Works Group has today announced an evolution of its brand in the UK and Europe, to become Service Works Global (SWG).

This move will see the operations at head office move into alignment with the company’s offices in Australia and Canada, which already bear the same name.

Gary Watkins, CEO, states “This move outwardly reflects Service Works’ unity under our new parent company, Addnode Group. With our combined experience and expertise, we are in a significant position to drive growth not only though the Northern Europe where Addnode dominates, but also to provide a more extensive and compelling offering to the global market from all our offices.”

The announcement coincides with the launch of SWG’s new website, www.swg.com/qatar. Featuring a revitalised, contemporary design and improved usability, visitors now have easier access to information on SWG’s market-leading systems: QFM, a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) software to manage workplace, assets and resources, and P3rform, the only PPP O&M management system with a fully integrated performance management payment mechanism.

Watkins continues: “We pride ourselves on flexible, efficient, modular software applications and the website reflects this standard, through its ease of use, speed and accessibility on any device.

This new design not only showcases our products’ breadth of functionality, it allows visitors to spend less time searching and devote more time to comparing and analysing the benefits for their business.”

In addition to its technical authority, the company has built its reputation over the last 25 years on collaboration and research, much of which is available on the website. This includes complimentary white papers spanning subjects from IoT to BIM to ensuring PPP contract value, industry surveys, news and blogs.

Existing clients will be still be able to access SWG’s secure Client Portal, allowing them to log and track support requests 24 / 7 and access an online library of product information, documentation and frequently asked questions.
