How to choose a CAFM mobile app

QFM version 2.3 is now available for SWG clients, providing new features to help with the smoother operation of your facilities.

The most significant update in this release is the new Auto Allocation feature as part of QFM’s Resource Scheduler functionality. Jobs can now be automatically allocated to the most appropriate operative based on their availability, skills and location, in addition to any business-specific requirements. The software provides complete flexibility to determine the type of visits to be allocated; to whom and when. This delivers significant time savings and reduces job rectification time, by ensuring work is automatically assigned to the most appropriate, available and local operative.

Other features include:

  • Dynamic Forms: completed surveys may now be viewed in PDF format and additional options have been created to make producing and sharing templates easier
  • Works Mapper: enhancements to the Works Mapper tool within QFM Linear Assets creates a new operative’s layer, which displays real-time, location-based, colour-coded information, indicating whether operatives’ are online or offline. This dramatically aids the scheduling and management of work when an urgent response is required.
  • Property enhancements: critical insurance details are now more easily accessible through the Property Viewer to ensure important dates aren’t missed. Additional free-type fields offer improved data capture facilities.
  • Asset Classification: assets may now be assigned an industry standard structural code such as OmniClass, MasterFormat and UniFormat.

For more information on the new features within QFM 2.3, view the flyer here, or contact your account manager for a demonstration.
