Announcing the latest release of QFM Web (version 1.33) which includes a range of enhancements, most notably multiple contract management.

Multiple Contract Management

We are pleased to announce that version 1.33 of QFM Web has been developed to support multiple client contracts. This enables service providers or any organisation responsible for managing several FM contracts to operate them on a single QFM database. Please note, this functionality is not yet available for PPP (Public-Private Partnership) contracts.

This offers numerous operational benefits, ensuring that:

  • Key reference data, such as work groups and geography hierarchy, only needs to be set once and in one place, saving time and ensuring accuracy across all contracts
  • Resources such as operatives can be shared across contracts, providing a one-stop view of availability
  • System users are only required to log in once to gain multi-contract access, maximising staff productivity
  • Reporting can be consolidated to deliver consistency across contracts and improve enterprise-wide visibility of performance
  • Users can only have access to the contracts to which they are assigned, ensuring data security

Other new features delivered within QFM Web version 1.33 include:

  • The addition of a new Parts tab to the Event screen. This enables spare parts to be added to a requisition and recorded against jobs (events), to improve spares management
  • New job (event) types, for porterage and compliance-related jobs, to improve flexibility for the categorisation of jobs
  • Various enhancements to the Resource Scheduler tool, including GPS map locations, to improve real-time operative management
  • The facility to link any number of assets to a job, to improve asset management
