CAFM BI software

To meet the management reporting requirements of Facilities and Estates teams, Service Works has launched a new Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool. Designed for use with SWG’s facilities, property and space management software, QFM, and O&M PPP solution, P3rform, the QFM BI Reporting Engine provides complete flexibility for organisations who wish to combine data from QFM with BI systems (such as SAP Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or IBM Cognos Analytics) for enterprise-wide reporting.

Facilities, estates or space management data can be easily extracted from QFM or P3rform, enabling in-depth analysis with a reporting / BI tool of choice. It allows you to quickly and easily create custom reports using current business data for faster, informed decision-making.

The QFM BI Reporting Engine operates in conjunction with any existing BI tool to align key operational data from QFM or P3rform and other systems such as HR, finance or procurement and produce meaningful, consistent graphical reporting. For organisations who prefer to utilise spreadsheets for analysis, it allows users to retain Microsoft Excel as their primary reporting tool, providing data from QFM to refresh pivot tables or graphs in order to provide a current snapshot of performance.

Offering ultimate reporting flexibility, the QFM BI Reporting Engine enables users to fully understand facilities and estates data, supporting effective decision-making based upon in-depth analysis.

For more information on the QFM BI Reporting Engine, please speak with your Account Manager or contact your local Service Works office.
