Service Works Global (SWG) launched the FM Tech Survey 2021 with the UK’s leading FM journal FMJ, to assess how industry professionals are using technology in their role.
We’re asking FM industry professionals at all levels for their feedback on technology as part of the latest survey. The responses will help to provide analysis and valuable insight into the use of technology, as the FM industry rises to meet the challenges of sustainability, new ways of working and data-driven decision making.
The feedback will enable FMs to gain insight into future trends, stay ahead of the curve, and be able to benchmark against the industry as a whole. The results will be published to provide an overview and comparison to others within the sector. We will share our findings with the industry in a webinar event in early 2022.

One winner, picked at random from all completed entries, will win the top prize of £250 in shopping vouchers of choice, and two runners up will receive £100 in vouchers each.
