World-leading technology research and advisory company, Gartner, has named Service Works Group (SWG) a Representative Vendor in its February 2017 Market Guide for Integrated Workplace Management Systems.

The guide assists “application leaders in selecting an integrated workplace management system vendor that meets their requirements for smart and cost-effective operation of their facilities.” The Market Guide also lists the vendors that offer platforms with functionality in each of the five areas. The five core areas of functionality that IWMS platforms offer are as follows:

  • Capital project management
  • Real estate / portfolio management and lease accounting
  • Space and facilities management
  • Maintenance management
  • Sustainability and energy management.

Service Works Group CEO, Gary Watkins, comments on the inclusion: “Gartner is trusted by thousands of companies to deliver world-class, objective insight in IT. SWG’s inclusion with our products, QFM and P3rform, we feel is an honour and that our sustained worldwide growth has been a factor in achieving this position.”
