Symetri supports its design, engineering and construction clients with digital BIM, product design and lifecycle solutions to help them work smarter and do more with less. In 2020 it acquired Excitech. Together they provide a market-leading portfolio of solutions and services, supported by extensive industry expertise.

Dr Anne Kemp, Chair UK BIM Alliance. “We welcome Symetri and SWG as our first Platinum + Patrons of the Alliance. We all have goals in making the Built Environment the best it can be. We look forward to working with and building a relationship with SWG and Symetri and thank them for their support and involvement within the Alliance.”

Gary Watkins, CEO, Service Works Global. “Working closely with FMs and the wider built environment, digital transformation is at the heart of everything we do. SWG is proud to support the UK BIM Alliance in helping to educate the industry about the benefits of BIM and digitized data across the whole building lifecycle. We have seen first-hand how BIM and CAFM software can revolutionize business. We look forward to working with other technology leaders to share this message.”

David Hughes, Managing Director, Symetri UK said “We’re delighted to be joining the UK BIM Alliance as Platinum + Patrons, working together with other industry leaders to help the built environment leverage the opportunities presented by digitization. We are looking forward to being part of a progressive community in the UK that shares ideas, solves problems together, and helps transform our industry.

Paul Wilkinson, Chair UK BIM Alliance Technology Group. “I am delighted that both SWG and Symetri have joined the UK BIM Alliance Technology Group as Platinum + Patrons. SWG will be our first representatives from the Facilities Management industry which we hope to grow in 2021 and Symetri have come on board with their own range of productivity tools covering architecture, engineering and construction. Getting technology providers involved in making BIM business as usual across the built environment sector is critical, and I look forward to welcoming Symetri and SWG to the next group meeting.”
