Clothing retailer Fat Face wished to implement a centralised computer aided facilities management (CAFM) software solution across their portfolio of UK stores to support effective facilities, property and contractor management. Primary objectives were to streamline reactive and planned maintenance in order to optimise operational efficiency, ensure a safe shopping environment and maintain a strong retail brand.
