A centralised, modern healthcare facility, McGill University Health Centre was at the time of construction one of the largest North American public-private partnership (PPP) and Canadian hospital projects. Service Works’ QFM and P3rform software was selected to manage FM helpdesk, reactive and planned maintenance requests, security and a range of other FM and specialist services at the Glen site.
