Case Study - Plenary Group - Single LEAP 1 & 2

Single Living Environment and Accommodation Precinct, or LEAP, is two concurrent public-private partnership contracts to deliver more than 4,400 units of Australian Defence Force accommodation and associated infrastructure across all mainland Australian states and territories.

Through using QFM, Plenary Group gained centralised bookings management and deep insight into asset management and lifecycle costings, in addition to an integrated payment mechanism to manage performance and penalty deductions.
