QFM CAFM Software for Universities

Despite a record high of enrolments for 2022, universities across the UK have been hit by COVID-19 disruption for many months. Planning emergency measures for cleaning and social distancing, reorganising spaces, and working around lockdowns and team absences have all made ‘business as usual’ impossible.

Universities now have the challenge of managing that backlog to ensure a safe, vibrant, and welcoming environment for their students, and of course staying ahead of rival institutions.

To help FMs, Service Works Global (SWG) has published a new white paper, Helping Universities Thrive in the Post-Pandemic World.

This white paper will explore how computer aided facilities management (CAFM) software can assist FMs in getting more out of available resources and streamlining operations to become more efficient. Service Works Global’s CAFM software, QFM, is used by education establishments globally and will be cited throughout the paper as an example.

Read about how FM teams can respond to challenges during and after the pandemic though:

  • Centralised communications
  • Extending asset life
  • Making data work harder
  • Offsetting costs through space management
  • BIM and digitisation
  • Reading SWG client case studies
