Users can also define the exact physical area where the stock is stored in the warehouse, further improving work efficiency.

Mobile compatibility

Operatives in the field can view and request parts via the QFM Mobile App, including the ability to synchronise parts, categories, and stock levels. Furthermore, only the warehouses that they have permissions to access are synchronised and available to view. Operatives can record parts used against a visit, return unused part items to the warehouse, request additional part items (catalogued and non-catalogued) and record ad-hoc part items purchased separately.
