For the past 20 years, I have worked in software professional services delivery for both the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on the NHS and delivering workforce improvement programmes. I began my career as a trainer and then progressed to become a consultant and Project/Programme Manager before spending the last 10 years leading professional services teams.
I joined SWG in January 2022 and my current role is UK General Manager. In this position, I lead a team of sales, consultants, specialists, and project managers in delivering SWG’s products to our customers. I work closely with our customers to ensure they gain maximum value from our products and services.
