Service Works Global (SWG) will be sharing practical guidance on breaking down data silos and maximising technology investments at FM Connect 2026, Australia’s premier facilities management conference, taking place at the W Brisbane hotel from 3 – 5 August.
SWG’s Pål Janson, Roshan Jhoomuck and Lionel Waugh will present a masterclass, “Integrating PropTech Solutions: Avoiding Silos and Achieving ROI,” exploring how facilities teams can connect data from across the built environment to improve operational performance and support better decision-making.
The session will examine the challenges created by fragmented data across multiple systems and demonstrate practical approaches to integrating information, enabling facilities managers to gain a more complete view of their buildings and portfolios.
The session will also explore the role of digital twins as an example of how connected data can be brought together to provide a dynamic view of building performance, supporting improved insight, efficiency and long-term return on investment.
Designed as an interactive masterclass, delegates will have the opportunity to explore real-world scenarios and discuss practical approaches to overcoming common data integration challenges within their own organisations.
