A centralised contractor database stores accreditations, permits to work, method statements and liability insurance details, making it easy to ensure these are in-date and available and allows teams to stay on top of their health and safety management.

Forms and checklists can be created and set to show at any point during a job to highlight or gather key information. This could be a sign-off sheet such as a working at heights risk assessment, a COSHH sheet for chemicals, or a checklist of maintenance tasks that must be completed for compliance.

Asbestos and hazard management

Integrates with QFM Space toprevent the accidental disturbance of asbestos containing materials (ACM) or avoidance of other hazards and demonstrate compliance with health and safety law.  

QFM allows creation of a central register to record details of asbestos including location, type, condition and risk.  

Automated alerts warn operatives of asbestos locations should they be working in close proximity, helping avoid disturbance and providing an audit trial for compliance.
