Service Works Global will be at Facilities & Estates Management Live on 20–21 October 2026 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, showcasing our proven CAFM system, QFM and our new Geminus platform – one ecosystem for complete building lifecycle management.
Visit our team to see how QFM helps bring asset management, maintenance and compliance together, and discover how Geminus connects existing systems and building data to give facilities teams greater visibility across their estates. Whether you’re looking for a CAFM system, seeking to create digital 3D models of your estate, or ready to develop a digital twin, we can help you take the next step.
Digital twins will also be on the conference agenda, with SWG’s UK General Manager, Nigel Robinson, delivering “Digital twins explained: what FMs need to know” in the Innovations Theatre on 20 October, from 1.45 – 2.15pm.
For FMs wondering what a digital twin could do for their organisation, this is a session to put in the diary. Nigel will cut through the terminology to explain what digital twins are, how they work and where they can make a practical difference, from supporting predictive maintenance to improving visibility of assets and space, sustainability and lifecycle planning.
Drawing on real-world examples, he’ll explore how information already held in BIM models, BMS and CAFM systems can be connected, and offer practical advice on getting started with a pilot quickly and cost-effectively.
“Getting started with digital twins doesn’t need to be overwhelming,” says Nigel. “The starting point is understanding the data you already have and the operational questions you need to answer. I’m looking forward to helping facilities teams identify where a digital twin could make a difference and what their first steps could look like.”
Come along to Nigel’s session, then visit the SWG team to discuss your own challenges and ambitions. Wherever you are on your digital journey, we’ll meet you there. Visit us on stand B5.
