Customer-Centric Approach
Customer Engagement Day: Insights, Innovation, Interaction
In June, we welcomed our UK clients to our Customer Engagement Day in central London. This interactive event combined themed roundtables, discussions around shared challenges and best practices, and networking amongst peers. We hope attendees walked away from the day with fresh ideas and actionable strategies to elevate their organisations’ facilities and estates performance. If you were unable to make the event, but would like to find out more about the topics covered, please reach out to your SWG Account Manager.

SWG celebrates another successful ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 accreditation
We’ve successfully renewed our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications in quality management and information security management, respectively, accreditations that we are extremely proud to have held since 2016. These ISO certificates demonstrate our continued adherence to optimal information security standards and our commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
CEO Mats Broman says “We are thrilled to again receive recognition for our adherence and alignment to ISO standards. This recertification proves SWG’s commitment to working at the highest levels of quality and security globally, providing customers with peace of mind that their data and systems are in safe hands.”

Industry Commentary
Navigating a new digital landscape
We were delighted to be invited to contribute to IWFM’s three-part webinar series focused on digital transformation in workplace and facilities management. The webinar, ‘A Changing Tech Landscape: Navigating Digital Transformation in WFM’, explored how emerging technologies are reshaping the profession.
Paul McCarthy, our CTO, joined fellow FM industry experts, Dr Daryn Fitz from Symetri, and Simon Iatrou from Magenta Associates on a panel chaired by IWFM. Watch the recording here to gain a clear understanding of how digital asset data and integrated smart systems could deliver transformative change within your organisation.
SWG at Digital Construction Week
In June, SWG’s Product Solutions Manager, Pål Janson took to the stage at Digital Construction Week, joining forces with our sister company, Symetri, to explore the power of digital transformation in the built environment. Pål and Steve Rudge from Symetri co-presented a compelling session on how our collaboration helps streamline asset management, from construction through to facilities operation, using digital twins and the principles of ISO 19650.

An informative initiative
Built on standardised data and emerging tech, the Information Management Initiative (IMI) provides FM professionals with a clear, strategic roadmap to deliver smarter, more efficient, and future-proofed facilities. Our Group CEO, Mats Broman, spoke to FMJ to discuss the benefits the IMI brings to the FM sector and draws lessons to be learnt from Sweden.
