QFM 6.1 Release

QFM Web 6.01.00.79 release contains a range of new features. A summary is provided below, with a detailed breakdown explained within the release notes.

Sensor Monitoring and Triggered Events (QFM/QFM BIMi)
This release builds on QFM’s current QFM BIMi integration by introducing new integration for Sensor
Monitoring which allows users to view the sensor dashboards directly within the QFM interface for Assets
and Geographies. The QFM Monitored Values and Triggered Events functionality has also been extended to support triggered Events for a sensor alarms.

SSO – Integration with Keycloak
QFM Web SSO integration has been enhanced to include Keycloak. Keycloak allows to easily integrate
authentication and authorization into the applications while offering customizable login flows, role-based
access control, and support for multi-factor authentication

QFM with QFM BIMi – Integration Enhancements
Small improvements have been made to enhance the behaviour of QFM’s integration with QFM BIMi.

Schedule Planner Enhancements
Planned Maintenance Schedules will now remind users to regenerate their maintenance schedule upon ‘Save’ to ensure that the latest changes are reflected in upcoming planned items.

Assets – Attachments Improvements
To be consistent with Asset Model attachments, Asset Equipment Group attachments will now show against relevant Asset records and screens in QFM Web.

Asset Reports Enhancements
Asset List reports now include the ability to restrict records by user class using the existing data-scoping permissions in QFM Web. Data Scoping permissions were previously only applied to the Asset Documents List Report.

Geography Attribute Filtering for Event Data
Geography specific attributes, Department and Division, are now more widely available to see and filter by within key areas of QFM Web. These will allow used to more easily interrogate their Events and Visit data in cases when the Event / Visit Geography Level alone is not adequate.

Events Affected Areas – Default Key Date Values
It is now possible to default the Affected Areas Start and End key date values to correspond with the Event Reported and Event Completed key date values.

Parts & Stock Enhancements
Several minor enhancements have been made to the QFM Parts and Stocks Module, including a Maximum Stock Level column for Stock Director, and better visibility of Bin Number and Part Number in various QFM web screens.
