QFM 2.04 release consists of significant enhancements to Visitor Bookings (QFM Bookings module) and Equipment Model Attachments (QFM Facilities module affecting asset management, planned and preventative maintenance).
Visitor Badges
Visitors (either visiting personnel or guests) can now check in upon arrival using QFM’s self-service functionality and take a photograph of themselves, which can then be added to a visitor badge. Visitor badges can then be printed by reception or security staff (or other QFM users with appropriate access) to improve building security and create a professional welcome experience for guests. Photographs are retained for future visits to streamline the check in process and remove administration. Upon departure, visitors can check out using QFM self-service tools to streamline security, health and safety compliance within a building.
Visitor badges can be fully configured to meet unique business requirements, including applying corporate branding and supporting a wide range of barcode technology.
Equipment Model Attachments
Attachments can now be added to models in QFM to support effective asset management. A broad range of file types can be supported, allowing documents such as survey results, certificates and photographs to be appended to models. These attachments can be viewed against related assets and events (jobs) to aid the management of maintenance and service jobs.
