Curtin University is ranked top 1 % of universities worldwide, welcoming 55,000 students to its campuses in Australia, Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius and Malaysia. The university plans to expand the largest campus, Perth, into a ‘City of Innovation’ with the first stage including student accommodation, shops, a boutique hotel commercial and residential space for lease, and public areas. To support this, the FM team required new IWMS software that could meet their current needs and grow with their ambitious expansion plans.

QFM provided an integrated, mobile-enabled facilities and asset management solution to streamline and automate end-to-end business processes for the operations and maintenance portfolio.
