QFM CMMS software for universities

COVID-19 has caused havoc across educational institutions, but universities have been hardest hit. In 2019, there were more than 750,000 students from all over the world studying across Australia. But, according to government data, the number of new international students starting at Australian universities in 2021 has nearly halved since then.

Facility management teams are facing huge challenges in maintaining campuses on limited resources and getting ready for the 2022 intake.

To help FMs, Service Works Global (SWG) has published a new white paper, Helping Universities and FM Bridge the Funding Gap.

This white paper will explore how computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) software can assist FMs in getting more out of available resources and streamlining operations to become more efficient. Service Works Global’s CMMS software, QFM, is used by education establishments globally and will be cited throughout the paper as an example.
