Curtin University is ranked top 1 % of universities worldwide, welcoming 55,000 students to its campuses in Australia, Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius and Malaysia. The university plans to expand the largest campus, Perth, into a ‘City of Innovation’ with the first stage including student accommodation, shops, a boutique hotel commercial and residential space for lease, and public areas. To support this, the FM team required a new CMMS solution that could meet their current needs and grow with their ambitious expansion plans.
