Emerging from the COVID-19 lockdown, businesses welcome the government’s phased return to normality. Employers now need to think carefully about their workplace strategy. Facilities & HR managers face a particular challenge, ensuring the workplace is safe for returning employees and visitors, whilst still being an efficient and productive work environment.
Service Works Global (SWG), the international CAFM / IWMS software provider of QFM, announces the launch of three new software applications specifically to help organisations smoothly plan and manage a return to work in compliance with new COVID-19 health and safety requirements.
QFM Express, QFM Return2Work and QFM Workspace enable effective management of building service operations including cleaning schedules, space and desk planning, and longer–term space planning and forecasting. These quick to mobilise, easy to use and lower cost software solutions take the stress out of planning a safe and effective work environment, whether for an immediate return to work or for long term, portfolio space planning.
- QFM Express – a web and mobile-enabled SaaS solution for facility operations job management, service schedules and new working practices designed to minimise COVID-19 risk. QFM Express is a hosted, lower cost, light version of SWG’s renowned CAFM software QFM, ideal for SMEs looking for a less expensive, easy to set-up, plug and play FM solution. Available as a standalone application and requires no specialist IT expertise nor infrastructure.
- QFM Return2Work – an intelligent, graphical space and desk management solution for planning the best use of space, desk allocation and the safe movement of employees throughout the workplace to comply with COVID-19 social distancing regulations. Enables organisations to manage an immediate ‘return to work’ and is suitable for any business wanting to provide a safe workplace for their employees and visitors. QFM Return2Work can be used as a standalone application for businesses, irrespective of whether they have a CAFM system or not.
- QFM Workspace – a powerful space planning and forecasting tool, for use either during or following a return to work program. QFM Workspace allows organisations to accurately forecast their future space requirements on a department level, as well as planning changes to their property portfolio. Multiple ‘what if’ scenarios allow visualisation of what space requirements may look like in the future. QFM Workspace is a module within the QFM Space application.
All three SWG applications provide a scalable solution, capable of growing to meet increasing business needs.
Service Works Global’s CEO, Gary Watkins, comments: “We’re excited to be able to release three new products derived from our renowned QFM solution but specifically configured and priced to enable FM and HR professionals across all types and sizes of business to prepare their facilities for the safe return of employees and visitors.
