SWG’s new cross-platform mobile app, QFM Mobile, provides instant access to facilities and estates management data via tablet or smart phone devices. Offline capabilities ensure that engineers have uninterrupted access to job information, even in areas without mobile or Wi-Fi connectivity. The QFM Mobile app includes resource scheduling capabilities to streamline operative and contractor task management. Using GPS tracking, the software locates the closest engineer to a job and integrates with Google Maps to pinpoint building locations and smart routes within a facility.
FMs also need information at their fingertips to enable strategic planning. QFM’s new report centre offers the ability to create user-definable dashboards, on-demand or scheduled reports, to provide immediate access to quality data and ensure effective facilities decision-making.
