Service Works Group has announced the appointment of new board member, Richard Newell. Taking the role of Group Chief Information Officer, Richard will lead Service Works strategic plans to deliver further technological innovation and flexibility, ensuring that the company continues to meet the needs of its FM clients in a rapidly changing industry.
Leaving leading law firm Clifford Chance after almost 10 years, Richard was primarily responsible for leveraging technology to provide strategic advantage, identifying the next generation of digital tools and translating ideas into strategic roadmaps. Having worked with SWG previously as Professional Services Manager, CEO Gary Watkins is pleased to welcome him back to the team:

Richard will be responsible for the overall strategy of IT services across the organisation, providing long-term vision and leadership for information technology.
