SWG is pleased to announce the release of the latest version of QFM. The new features have been developed to streamline visitor bookings and support asset management processes.

Enhancements to QFM Bookings now enable guests to check in upon arrival using QFM’s self-service functionality and take photographs that can be printed onto visitor badges, providing a more professional, welcoming experience for guests and improving building security.
The visitor badges can be branded and customized to suit and photographs are retained on the system for future visits to reduce administration and make the check in and check out process more efficient.

Another new feature in the latest release is the ability to attach equipment models such as survey results, certificates and photographs in QFM, allowing them to be viewed against related assets and jobs. This supports the management of maintenance and service tasks and allows for speedier rectification times.

For more information on the new features please contact your local Service Works office, or ask your account manager for a demonstration.
