IWMS integration with third-party systems with software by SWG

QFM can interface with many software systems, allowing data to be securely shared among a number of systems and accessed through QFM. This prevents data duplication and increases performance as access to accurate data produces more meaningful information.

For example, by integrating with accounting software or other financial systems, FMs can ensure facility and estates costs are fully accounted for. Bi-directional integration ensures that relevant financial outputs are relayed back to QFM, to support effective FM reporting and aid budgetary control.

Further efficiency can be gained through integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. ERP manages a broad array of business processes (including customer, supplier, inventory and personnel information) and integration with Service Works’ products removes the need to re-key core customer and supplier data into the FM system. Workflows, schedules and calendars which are established within the ERP system can be linked to QFM or P3rform software, to ensure that maintenance activities are conducted within pre-defined operational procedures.

The possibility for integration with other systems is great – other examples include:

  • Security access systems
  • Geolocation systems
  • HR tools
  • CAD
  • Health and safety registers
  • Space planning tools
