QFM Resource Management provides job optimisation and workload control by intelligently managing staff and resource availability for planned maintenance, service schedules and health and safety tasks. QFM Resource Management:

• Allocates resource (either automatically or manually) relating to operatives’ skills, with the ability to send multiple operatives to one job
• Assigns jobs specific to geographical location using GIS (geographical information systems)
• Allocates the operative closest to the job using GPS (global positioning systems) technology
• Ensures resource availability can be managed relative to shift patterns, annual leave etc.
