The Quick Guide highlights the key considerations that must be addressed in advance of vendor selection and looks briefly at some of the technology, innovations and resulting trends that may influence your decision-making process.
Also included are resources to assist with the implementation process, a pivotal time for how well the system is used going forward. This not only includes the installation of the software, but also the data cleansing, end user training and communication of benefits to the user base, and transition from previous system(s).
