SWG ranked highly for maintenance, asset management and cyber security

Service Works Global (SWG), a leading international provider of facilities, property, and integrated workplace management software (IWMS), has been recognised by Verdantix as a specialist provider in its latest Green Quadrant benchmark report.

The Verdantix report, “Green Quadrant: Integrated Workplace Management Systems 2022”, provides prospective buyers of IWMS systems with detailed analysis to expedite and inform vendor selection decisions, examining 13 of the most prominent vendors on the market.

SWG’s QFM solution scored the highest among all participants in the ‘maintenance and asset management functionality’ category. This recognition cements the company’s standing as a specialist FM software provider alongside their position as a leading BIM and performance management software provider for public-private partnership (PPP) contracts.

Gary Watkins, CEO at Service Works Global, said: “The Green Quadrant report shows that we have demonstrated a market-leading and strong functionality across a range of critical FM metrics that buyers of IWMS are examining during their decision-making processes.”

As well as excelling in maintenance and asset management functionality, QFM scored highly in application and data centre security. “In today’s current climate, where the growing shadow of cybercrime looms over organisations of all shapes and sizes around the world, this finding reassures customers that QFM can be trusted to stand up to cyber threats,” Watkins said.

The Green Quadrant report also scored QFM highly in relation to the wide range of implementation options available, its ability to meet the demands of facilities services organisations and the momentum being gathered by SWG through recent deals, reflecting the company’s broad and diverse customer base.

“With the difficulties created by the pandemic still very much with us, firms are analysing their real estate portfolios and seeking to make cost efficiencies without sacrificing on performance,” Watkins added.

“QFM is a comprehensive, secure solution to improve the efficiency of maintenance, resources and space usage. With proven outcomes across all sectors, SWG stands as the ideal technology partner to help realise those savings by optimising the performance of their assets.”
