What information do we collect?

- We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

- making financial or management forecasts to assist in our business activities

We will never intentionally or knowingly use your Data for any other purposes than those aforementioned. Your Data will only be provided in our case study materials where your express consent is obtained.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you before collecting your data if we intend to use your data for such purposes.
How secure is the data?
To maintain the accuracy of the Data we regularly carry out appropriate physical, electronic and managerial checks on the security and content of the Data.
Our website and our network are protected by firewalls which ensure that your Data is secure. We use anti-virus software on our PCs and laptops and we use a leading anti-spam and anti-virus email filtering service to protect our systems from incoming threats.
Employees are prevented from visiting potentially harmful websites by our internet filtering service and are only permitted to use USB sticks as specified in our USB Policy. Employees are required to change their passwords regularly which are required to access our system.
Can I access my Data?
Yes, you have the right to access information held about you.
What about cookies and log files?
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may track the number of page visits from the same computer or browser by using a cookie file which is stored on your browser or the hard drive of your computer. Our website only uses cookie files as a tracking tool with Google Analytics. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service.
Cross-border data transfers
Your Data will only be transferred to a country or territory that requires an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of personal data.
Courts and judicial bodies
We may disclose the Data when required by law or court order, or as requested by other government or law enforcement authorities or in good faith that the disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable, such as to protect Service Works’ intellectual property rights.
