QFM Audits

QFM Audits provides facility managers with the ability to monitor the quality of internal and outsourced services through a series of inspection tours. The system manages the locations where samples, or quality checks, will be taken, creates the schedules and records the number of failures identified. To ensure the inspection is legitimate, locations can be split across tours and
the locations within each tour randomised so that over the course of two or more tours all locations within the tour group are audited. In this way, FMs can be sure that standards remain high throughout the facility and checks are conducted in a fully auditable way.
