Service Works Global (SWG) launches the FM Tech Survey 2020 in partnership with leading journals (FMJ – UK and FM magazine – Australia) to assess the landscape of the evolving industry.

We’re asking FM industry professionals in all roles for their feedback on technology the good, the bad and the wish list. How do your experiences compare with the promise of sweeping technology changes? Are FMs now freer to focus on strategic improvements due to easy access to data and automation, or is technology just an essential part of dealing with the level of client expectation and increasing competition?

One winner, picked at random from all completed entries, will win the top prize of £250 in shopping vouchers of choice, and two runners up will receive £100 in vouchers each. All entrants will be sent a copy of the results upon publication (or will be available on www.swg.com for those wishing to remain anonymous).

In SWG’s previous survey across the UK, respondents foresaw sustainability, space management BIM and mobile apps as having the most significant impact on FM, all of which have been at the forefront over the last 12 months. The results of this research will help organisations benchmark their strategies against others and help inform a global picture of the industry.
